✔️ Lead and mentor the recruitment team
✔️ Manage end-to-end hiring process
✔️ Build employer branding and sourcing strategies
✔️ Coordinate with managers to understand hiring needs
✔️ Utilize job portals, social media, and networking for sourcing
✔️ Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency
🔹 Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
✔️ 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
✔️ Proven experience in bulk hiring and leadership hiring
✔️ Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
