Job Details
🔹 Chief Engineer
Responsible for managing building systems, maintenance, and operations
Handle troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and quality control
Lead engineering team and ensure smooth daily operations
Ensure compliance with technical standards and cost efficiency
🔹 Chief Security
Manage all security operations of the hotel
Ensure safety of guests, staff, and property
Handle surveillance, access control, risk assessment, and emergency response
Supervise and guide security team with proper protocols
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Master’s preferred)
Experience Required
Minimum 8–10 years of leadership experience
Experience in an international hotel chain is preferred
Skills Required
Strong analytical and communication skills
Team management and leadership ability
Ability to achieve business targets with service excellence
Knowledge of global hospitality standards and systems
