🛠 Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

Provide day-to-day IT operational support across all hospital departments

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:

Desktop & laptop computers

Network printers and barcode scanners

IP phones and Wi-Fi connectivity

Assist with network infrastructure, including switches and structured cabling

Ensure data backup, antivirus protection, and endpoint security for users

Support end-users with hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT / Computer Science or related field

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in:

IT Operations

Helpdesk Support

Working experience with Active Directory
