 Role Summary

As a Full Stack MERN Developer (Back-End Expert), you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, secure, and scalable server-side applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support front-end integrations using modern JavaScript frameworks.

 Key Responsibilities

Architect and develop scalable back-end services

Design and optimize RESTful APIs, database schemas, and server logic

Ensure system performance, security, and reliability

Integrate front-end components with server-side logic

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Participate in testing, deployment, and code reviews

Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud

Maintain technical documentation and follow ISO standards

🔹 Technical Requirements

2+ years of professional MERN stack experience (back-end focused)

Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB

Experience with secure APIs, authentication systems, and third-party integrations

Working knowledge of React and Next.js

Database experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Strong understanding of system design, algorithms, and data structures

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for night-shift teamwork
